- Control room: An operator identifies your address and details and dispatches the nearest response vehicle while staying on the line where possible.
- Radio contact: Our officers stay in constant two-way contact with the control room en route.
- On scene: A trained, armed responder assesses the situation and acts — and escalates to SAPS or medical services if needed.
Why response areas matter
Fast reaction time depends on having vehicles genuinely close by. That is why X-Pert concentrates its armed response in the Centurion and Samrand area rather than spreading too thin. We also keep back-up vehicles on standby for unforeseen events.
